After my long hours of analysis, finally I understand the left part and the logic of trying 410 when 'all steps weight the different'. He just wanted to know what are the combos that will be the answer since 410 is definitely not the answer already.
Anyway, can someone light me up, why at the bottom down of right hand side, 014, 023 and 032 are the answers since 'all steps weight the different' at the beginning. If 'all steps weight the different' at the beginning, meaning that '0' would not appear anymore, right?

anyway, 410, 230 and 230 are definitely would not clear the stage. It is tried just to know the following combos.
